If you have an urgent care need, please contact the free NHS 111 service first and you will be directed to the most appropriate service for your health condition. If needed, NHS 111 will make an appointment for you at one of the Urgent Care Centres below just as you would do to see your own GP.
The below Urgent Care Centres are open Monday to Friday 10am to 10pm and from 8am to 10pm, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Bunny Hill Primary Care Centre, Downhill, Sunderland, SR5 4BW

You can walk in to Urgent Care Centres but calling NHS 111 is advised if you’re unsure of the best place to go for treatment.
