As part of our ongoing quality checks we often send out requests for feedback. Your opinion is very important to us and we appreciate all feedback. We use your comments to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our students and to make changes that improve the services we provide.
You will have been given a feedback form at your assessment to provide initial feedback on your assessment. If, however, you have not yet provided feedback from your assessment and would like to do so please complete our Assessment Feedback Form. You can send this to email@example.com.
We will contact you by email around 6 months after your assessment to ask whether your support is in place, how it is benefitting you or if you are having any issues. If you have not yet received this email you can still leave feedback. We will contact you again towards the end of your course to get feedback on how you are doing in your course and the continuing efficacy of the support strategies recommended.
We always like to hear from our students so and you can choose to leave feedback at any point or see our contact us page for ways to get in touch. We aim to respond to all negative feedback, where possible, to ensure we can resolve any issues. You can however choose to leave feedback anonymously if you prefer.
