Your wellness is very important to us. We have a whole host of activities available to you that are here to support your wellness which include physically and mentally stimulating activities ran by the University and Sunderland Students' Union.

In your own time

Here we have put together a list of activities you can do in your own time either by yourself of with others which include accessing previous workouts from our CitySpace Fitness teams to getting to know more about the local area and also virtually visiting arts exhibitions and museums.

Activities with US

We have a wide variety of events for students to get involved with us, whether it's getting active with our Live CitySpace Fitness classes or joining our Belonging Quiz we're sure we have an event for you to join in with. These sessions include online activities and some on campus activities as well.
