These sessions include online activities and some on campus activities as well.
Every week of Black History Month, Your SU will be hosting a Netflix Watch Party for iconic films associated with black culture. This week, your SU has chosen ’12 Years a Slave’.
This film is a historical drama based on the autobiography of Solomon Northup, giving insight into his experiences of being abducted and forced into slavery. It has received several awards, including a Golden Globe award for Best Motion Picture.
