From 01 July 2021 the Graduate Route visa will be live. The Graduate Route visa is a new work visa route for graduates who have a degree or other relevant qualification from an approved UK Higher Education provider. It will be like the old Tier 1 Post-Study Work route visa that ended in 2012.  Most successful applicants will be granted two years. PhD graduates will be granted three years.

Graduate Route visa information is now available online. The information published on this website reflects what has been released by the Home Office so far. Please note that all Graduate Route visa information is subject to change until the official Appendix Graduate immigration rules and are published. It is likely the official immigration rules and guidance will be published when the Graduate Route officially starts.
