If you are visiting our enquiry desks on campus in line with current government guidance, face coverings must be worn. Alongside face coverings being worn, our Perspex screens are here to keep you and our staff safe so we ask that you stay behind these for the duration of your enquiry. If you are unable to wear a face-covering you may choose to wear a badge asking others to be understanding. Please request a badge from email@example.com – include your full name, home address and postcode.

Please note, at peak times throughout the day you may experience a small wait to get through to one of our advisers. Please also have your student number ready, it will be the first thing we ask for before getting into any of your enquiry details.
Compass is the University's portal for all student enquiries. No matter how big or small your question is, Compass will be able to help. We have a wide range of FAQs available that you can view 24/7 and you will also be able to submit an enquiry online for any questions you may have and be up to date with what's happening every step of the way. Gateway Enquiry staff are responding to Compass enquiries 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday.
