If you have followed the steps and are presented with a screen that shows you have not registered for a password reset you will need to contact our IT Helpdesk. The best way to do that is via phone on 0191 515 3333 between the hours of 9am - 5pm
What will happen is our IT Helpdesk staff will ask a series of questions that only you will know to confirm your identity. We will then request a personal email address and add this for you. Once we have added your email, you will be registered and will be eligible to reset your password.
