The Gateway is a students one-stop shop for all enquiries.

No matter what the question is, The Gateway will be able to help resolve a students issue or at least advise on what they need to do next.

Wellbeing

Wellbeing are here for all students throughout their student journey.

We provide personalised support and intervention in relation to the emotional, physical and spiritual health needs of our student.

The IT Support team are here to assist students with troubleshooting any IT issues they may have, including assisting students resetting their password as well as accessing online resources.

Student Financial Guidance

The Student Financial Guidance team is the university's expert provision of information, guidance, representation and on-going support for students on any aspect of student finance.

The service is free, confidential, impartial and non-judgemental - and is available either by individual appointment or on a 'drop-in' basis, as well as by telephone and email.

Faith Support

The Chaplaincy team are here to be a friendly, informal, confidential and independent listening ear for students and a resource for religious, spiritual and ethical exploration.

Above all, the Chaplaincy team share with others in the University the concern that this should be a community which values the worth and dignity of each individual, and seeks to offer justice and fairness to all.

The Disability Support Team (DST) provide information, support and guidance to students with disabilities, mental health difficulties, Specific Learning Difficulties (such as dyslexia) and long term medical conditions.
