How do I upload my photograph?

Home / Student Information / Welcome Hub / Campus Cards / Campus Card FAQs / How do I upload my photograph?

Once you have enrolled online, you will be able to upload a photograph via Selfcare using the guidance below. You will need to ensure your photograph meets our acceptable criteria detailed on Selfcare. If it doesn't your campus card will be delayed and you may incur a charge.

Step 1) Log in to Selfcare
You will need to log in using your 6-digit University User ID & password. You would have been sent your User ID and have already reset your password after you have completed online enrolmen

Step 2) Drag & drop or upload your image
Once you have logged in, you will see an area to drag and drop an image, or you can click on the box so you can open your image from your files.

Step 3) Submit your image
Once you are happy with the image and are confident it matches our acceptable photograph guidance, you can press submit at the bottom of the page. This will then save your image and a card will be produced for you automatically.
If you upload your image and do not submit, your photograph won't be saved and a campus card will not be produced.

You can change your photograph at anytime, however, this will not automatically produce a campus card. If you wish to have a new photograph on your campus card, you will need to upload a new image and order a replacement campus card at a cost of £10. Replacement campus cards can be purchased via our Online Store.

If you are joining us for Postgraduate study and already have a campus card or photograph, please check out our"I have an existing campus card, will this work?" FAQ
