You may find from time to time you do not have your campus card to tap in. This could be because you are still waiting to receive it, or you may have lost/misplaced your card.
If you are ever in a position to be attending class and do not have your campus card you will need to submit an absence report. Think of it as reporting the absence of your card, rather than yourself.
You can do this by logging an absence report via the Attendance Monitoring Portal. Please select the reason as “waiting for campus card”.
You will not receive a mark towards your attendance, however this will be taken into account by personal tutors when looking at attendance and you will not be penalised.
