In-Person Enrolment

If you're unable to enrol online prior to arriving on campus, don't worry. We have a dedicated on-campus enrolment hub here to support you through the enrolment process.

You will find the Enrolment Hub on the Ground Floor, Gateway Building at City Campus.

Our Enrolment Hub is split into three key zones to help you during your first few weeks. Here you will find:

Information Zone
In this zone you'll find all the information you need to know about getting engaged throughout your first few weeks.
Enrolment Zone
For those that have not yet completed online enrolment, you will find friendly staff here to help guide you through the online enrolment process and beyond.
Enquiry Zone
Home to Gateway Enquiries and Digital Services, in this area you will find a bunch of staff ready and waiting to help you no matter what your enquiry is.

Opening Times

Our Enrolment Hub will be open from 10am until 4.00pm Monday to Friday from 16 September until 04 October.

Don't worry if you miss us, if you've already enrolled and just have a question to ask, you can submit your enquiry online through Compass, your dedicated student enquiry portal.

The Gateway team will then be able to pick this up and get you the answers you need.

Top tip: Downloading the "Compass UoS" mobile app will allow you to submit enquiries and be updated at every step of the way right at your fingertips.
