Managing your Application

We always want to make sure that our applicants and offer holders are supported through their transition into University life.

Here you will find information on everything associated with applying to University, from making and application, accepting and keeping on track of your offer all the way through to the moment you enrol.

The applicant portal, myApplication, is there for you to log in and get a real time view of where we are with processing your application. It is also an area that you can upload qualifications and complete compliance checks if applicable to the course you’ve applied for.

Once you have made an application you will receive an email letting you know that myApplication is ready for you and will provide you with your log in details to get in. Those that currently have access to the myApplication portal are Undergraduate/ Postgraduate on Campus Sunderland and London applicants as well as some Independent Learners.

Personal Details

Having the right personal details for you is important as we use them to create your applicant and student record. The right details also ensure we can keep you up to date with your offer.

Within myApplication you will be able to see information on all of the applications you have made to the University for the current academic year.

Here you will be able to not only see all the applications you have made but will also be able to access further information about those applications.

Checklist & Actions

Your checklist helps you keep track of your offer and lets you know what and when we need things from you. 

You'll be able to perform a couple of actions against your application including: 

  • Uploading your qualifications 
  • Completing an immigration compliance form 
  • Completion of DBS checks  
  • Anything else you're required to do before you can obtain an unconditional offer or enrol.
