Having the right personal details for you is important as we use them to create your applicant and student record. The right details also ensure we can keep you up to date with your offer.

Here we provide guidance on managing your personal details.

Home address

The Home Address section within personal details will show the home address we have listed for you. It's important that this is as up to date as possible and contains all relevant address information.

The home address should be your permanent address in your country of residence. So if you are an international applicant, this would be the home address in the country you reside. If you are using an agent, please ensure this address is your address and not the address of your agent.

If you notice the details are incorrect you can update your details in myApplication.

Correspondence address

The Correspondence Address section within personal details will show the contact address we have listed for you. It's important that this is as up to date as possible and contains all relevant address and contact information. For example, if you live in halls of residence, we would need your room, block and flat number along with the name of the accommodation, street/road name, city, postcode, phone number and email address.

The correspondence address should be the address of where you currently reside. This may be the same as your home address but may differ depending on where you live during term time.

If you are an international applicant you will need to ensure that if you are moving to the UK to study that once you have confirmed a correspondence address please log into myApplication to update this information.

Name and date of birth

We will use your name and date of birth provided in your application. However if you notice that these do not match your legal documentation you will be able to update them in myApplication.
