Your induction timetable will be available via your What Next? Checklist on e:Vision immediately after you have completed enrolment. This is the timetable you will follow for the first week of your studies and will be an introduction to your course and the university.
You may have a variety of on campus, off campus and online classes in your welcome week:
- On Campus - You will be provided with the campus, building and room number.
- Off Campus - You will be provided with the address and postcode of the session including any important instructions. For example, in some cases you may have a field trip within welcome week.
- Online - You will be provided with a link to the online session along with any specific instructions about how to engage online. The majority of online events will be held through Canvas, our virtual learning environment.
If your induction timetable isn’t available, this will be because your Programme Leader is still working on it. If this is the case, we’ll provide you with guidance on the What Next? Checklist on who to contact.
Top tip: We will email you seven days before your course start date about the publication status of your induction timetable. So it's beneficial to enrol early!
