Mpox is a rare infection that can be spread from person to person through close physical contact. The NHS supply information on how you can get mpox, the symptoms of mpox, and how to get tested for mpox as well as how to avoid getting and passing it on. Some important points are that the risk of catching mpox is low, and that you should stay at home and avoid close contact with others if you have symptoms of mpox.
