Stoptober is back and this year it is extra special as the campaign celebrates its 10-year anniversary – and helping over 2 million people to make a quit attempt.
Studies show that if you make it to just 28 days smoke-free you are five times more likely to stay a non-smoker and thousands of smokers are expected to take up the challenge to stub out the habit this October.
