How to book an assessment

Once you have received confirmation from your funding body (Student Finance England, NHS, Student Finance Wales etc.) that you are eligible for a DSA needs assessment you should contact us to arrange an appointment. You can use the form below or see the contact us section for other ways to get in touch.

We will always aim to offer you a provisional appointment on first contact, assessments are usually available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm but please feel free to ask if you require an assessment out of these times.We can offer appointments either in-person, on campus or remotely by phone or Microsoft Teams.  

We will always aim to offer you an appointment within 15 working days. We currently have appointments available next week.

Once we have arranged a provisional appointment we will outline the information you must provide in order to confirm this assessment –

• A copy of the letter from your funding body confirming you are eligible for a DSA assessment of needs.
• A copy of the medical evidence, assessments or reports that provide information about your disability or specific learning difficulty
• Pre Assessment Questionnaire to be completed by you.
