Graduate Letter Requests

As graduation approaches you will want to ensure you've got everything lined up for the next stage of your journey.

e:Vision Letters

An Attendance letter is a letter that will show your academic status with the University. This letter can be used for numerous reasons and is our standard letter that is accepted by a whole host of organisations and is widely recognised around the world.

The letter will include your name and student number as well as information on your programme of studies including the title, start date and end date. Once your transcript has been officially returned the letter will include your completion date and award. Pease note, this letter is not proof of your award.

The Attendance letter can also be used to supply your local authority evidence of your status as a full-time student, this can be used as evidence to apply for a discount on the council tax you need to pay.

Current and recently graduated students will be able to produce the Attendance letter using e:Vision. If you no longer have access to eVision to produce the letter yourself, you will be able to request a letter from your Faculty Office.

You are entitled to request a printed version at any time and your first copy will be provided free of charge. You will need to do this by registering on the portal and placing an order for a printed version.
