I haven’t received a Flying Start email after accepting the university offer?

If you haven’t received an email it may be down to several reasons including not being eligible, an incorrect email address or a systems error.

If you feel you are eligible and your email address is correct, please send through you Application Number and name to flying.start@sunderland.ac.uk and the team will look into this.
