You can access a wide range of online support services 24/7 including Togetherall & Student Space who offer online and phone support for those in need.
In a ‘Mental Health’ Crisis, you can contact your local NHS Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Service.
They are open 24/7 and are there for people over the age of 16 experiencing a mental health crisis.
Our Wellbeing team are here to support you. Our referral form allows you to book an initial appointment with the Wellbeing service which is an opportunity to find out how our services can support you.
Following from this, further personalised support will be offered dependent on need and preference. This may include signposting to other services within and external to University.
Once we have received your referral form we will contact you via compass to arrange a telephone initial with a member of our Wellbeing team.
