We have partnered with Student Space to make it easier for you to find support you may need. However you’re feeling, help and guidance is available. Student Space has a range of information, advice, services and tools to support you from Friendships and Social Life to Lockdown and Self-Isolation, read more to see how it can help you.

How to access:
You can get 24/7 free, confidential and anonymous support from a trained volunteer. Whether you’re experiencing suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, loneliness or relationship issues, Student Space staff are there to listen and support through a variety of ways; 

What is available for student space.
Phone Support - Call 0808 189 5260 to talk about any concern you may have from 3pm to 12am every day.
Email Support - Email students@themix.org.uk and try to include as much detail as you can about whatever is causing you concern.
Text Support - Text 'student' to 85258 you’ll get a prompt asking you to explain what’s troubling you. Then you’ll receive four automated messages, before you are connected to someone, who will listen without judgement.
Webchat Support - from 4pm to 11pm every day, go to the website by clicking on 'webchat support' to access.
