I’m worried about my Mental Health or that of my friend. What help is available from the university and outside of the university over the winter break?

We understand that at any time of the year people may experience changes to their Mental Health.

If you need support please visit the Wellbeing website. The website contains information about a range of FREE support services and resources which you can access 24/7 which you may like to look through.

If you would like to speak to a member of the Wellbeing team someone will be available each day from Saturday 19th December to Monday 4th January (excluding Thursday 24th, Saturday, 26th December and 1st January) between 11.00-13.00 to answer any questions regarding your general wellbeing or Mental Health. Simply email the team at wellbeing@sunderland.ac.uk and someone will call you back.
