Sport Development Officer
About My Role
I am one of the Sport Development Officers for Team Sunderland managing the sport volunteering scheme and focusing on the professional and personal development of our students through sport.
In addition, I also organise many of our adventure activities such as surfing, mountain biking and stand up paddle boarding as well as overseeing the University's Duke of Edinburgh scheme.
I have been with Team Sunderland since September 2015, after completing an undergraduate degree at Leeds Trinity and spending a few years working in Sport Development within the Further Education sector.
