The Wellbeing team have partnered with Togetherall and we encourage all students to register.

You can sign up to togetherall by clicking here. Just select 'I'm from a University or College' and follow the steps. 

Togetherall offers 24/7 support, with trained clinicians online at all times, as well as a range of helpful tools and resources. The service also offers anonymous peer and community support, moderated and facilitated by trained clinicians. You can sign into their anonymous online forums anytime and share how you are feeling or what you may be going through.

Togetherall Resources Available

Togetherall offers useful resources such as an online private journal to note down what you have been up to or going through and a online goal setter to capture your personal goals and tick them off when you complete them! They also offer self-assessments to offer a way to capture how you are feeling and gauge your development over time.

Togetherall Courses Available

Students can join Togetherall's courses any time and can take as many as they like (although it’s recommended to do one at a time). See the list below to see if any may help you;
