Flying Start

Flying Start has been designed to help you understand what studying at university really means. It also has a pre-arrival activity that is related to your induction week which you will need to complete.

Timetables

Timetables are how you know when and where your classes are.

During Welcome Week you will have a bespoke, personalised Induction Timetable to follow. Once Welcome Week has came to an end, you will access all the information on your classes through your Academic Timetable.

University Systems

We have a wide range of resources available to support you during your studies, these include our Virtual Learning Environment, Canvas which hosts all your programme and module resources, our enquiry portal Compass where you can find answers to commonly asked questions and submit your own and many more.

Student Support

We understand that studying can be tough, we have flexible student support services who are here to assist and support you through each part of your student journey. from our Gateway Enquiries team who are here to answer any questions you have about university life and your student journey through to our Wellbeing, Disability, Student Financial Guidance teams and many more.

Campus Life

There's so much more to do on campus than just studying alone. From enjoying breaks and great food within our cafeterias, to engaging with sport clubs and societies or just keeping fit in CitySpace.
