Welcome to our 12 minute relaxation session led by Jan Albertson.

Jan is one of our Wellbeing Practitioners with over 20 years’ experience as a Psychotherapist. He is also a qualified Hypnotherapist.

Listen while Jan guides you through this relaxation exercise. Focussing on breathing and stillness, this technique will help to take your mind away from stress, anxiety and worry helping you cope if things are getting on top of you.
